Internal Medicine office seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist. Applicant must be able to thrive in a high demand setting and be able to multitask. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dependable and capable of working in a fast paced environment. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for the day to day activities of the office. Experience with eClinical works is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Checking in and out patients
• Collecting copays and balances
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Answering multi line phone system
• Triaging calls
• Assisting with Rx refills
• Inventory and ordering
• Faxes, Mail and document management

This position is full time. 7:30 am start, one evening until 7pm and Saturday availability required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
